Our banquet and special events department, which still operates under the Gaylord name, is proud to announce that we have signed a contract to be the official off-site caterer for The Ritz-Carlton in Marina Del Rey.

Gaylord Special Events Catering Department has serviced up to 500++ guests at different upscale hotels with in Los Angeles. Our master chef has been trained in India to guarantee the authenticity of the cuisine. We understand that without the proper equipment preparing classic Indian dishes can be quite difficult if not nearly impossible. Instead of turning away business, we can take care of your Indian Clientele who would prefer some or all of their dinner to be comprised of traditional Indian food.

Our culinary team will not only prepare the dishes, we will deliver them to you at the time you request. Upon request, we have access to a portable tandoor oven, which can be brought to your location to prepare fresh Indian breads. The portable tandoor is a must for the most popular Indian dishes. We take all of the guesswork out of your event and will include the cooking and prepping instructions for a flawless display.

Our managers will work with you and your guests to create their ideal menu. Once your guests have selected their menu we will set up a tasting in our sleek and modern Tanzore Restaurant.
